Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PressWarden, a WordPress fleet management and reporting platform operated by PC Designs ("we," "us"). By creating an account or installing the PressWarden sensor plugin, you agree to these terms.

The service

PressWarden monitors WordPress sites you connect for security, uptime, and maintenance status, and can generate client-facing reports using data from services you choose to connect (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or a payment/donation processor).

Your responsibilities

• You must have authorization to install the sensor plugin and connect third-party accounts for any site you add
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You agree not to use PressWarden to access or monitor sites or accounts you don't have permission to manage

Third-party services

Connecting a third-party service (Google, a payment processor, etc.) is subject to that provider's own terms. PressWarden only requests read-only access needed to build reports and does not modify data in those services.

Availability

PressWarden is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime monitoring and security detection but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all threats will be detected.

Termination

You may disconnect a site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used to access sites without authorization.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
